In the role of Technical Sales & Training Manager, you will have the opportunity to represent Corroventa’s recognized strong brand, knowledge and service as well as our innovative products. Your primary focus is to develop sales and sustainable customer relationships. This means committed work where you support our customers' development with your knowledge and with our range of premium equipment as a competitive advantage.

You will manage both existing accounts, develop new ones and become a trusted advisor to your clients in the process of choosing optimal solutions for their needs. Together with the Corroventa team, you will train and further develop our customers' skills in our highly appreciated training seminars in the Corroventa Academy. You will be an important representative at product presentations, fairs and other customer events. You report directly to the Country Manager of Corroventa Ltd.

We believe you are a self-motivated and organized team player, with a lot of energy and drive. Most of your working time will be spent with clients, which means business travel is common.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and strengthen brand awareness, sales of equipment and services
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and customers, develop new sales leads
  • Collaborate with the existing team and promote best practices and industrial improvements
  • Provide technical advice and support on Corroventa's products and services with the best possible customer focus.
  • Report to the country manager and provide support and assistance as needed.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for a person with experience and a proven track record of successful B2B solution selling of products, or business development, within the Construction or Industrial sector. Experience from the HVAC or damage restoration sector is meritorious. You have a high level of technical knowledge and a curiosity to really understand the opportunities and challenges our customers face. You are skilled at developing long-term customer relationships and establishing strong networks within your industry. You speak and write fluent English for excellent communication with clients and colleagues. Driving license is a requirement for the position.

You are responsive and understand the importance of providing world-class customer support. You are communicative and skilled at making product- and technical presentations.
