Corroventa has been part of the Volati industrial group since 2007, where sustainability is an important building block in long-term value creation. For Volati, this means identifying and taking advantage of the opportunities that well-developed sustainability work can create, in combination with managing and minimising risks linked to sustainability. We have a responsibility to set requirements, integrate and follow up on sustainability in connection with investments and as part of our operations' business plans and results.
Volati’s sustainability work is based on three Group-wide focus areas:
The focus areas have been revised from the materiality analysis conducted in 2020. We continuously develop our analysis and monitoring to ensure proactive sustainability work that is conducted in line with stakeholder expectations and future legal requirements.
Volati has zero tolerance for business ethics violations and all Volati companies must have effective procedures to ensure good compliance with the code of conduct, both internally and in the value chain.
Target: Zero business ethics incidents in the Group.

Volati will reduce the Group's own emissions (Scope 1 & 2) in line with the 1,5 degree target of the Paris Agreement.
Target: A 40% reduction in emissions by 2034 compared to the base year 2021.

Volati will be an inclusive and safe workplace that welcomes employees with different backgrounds and experiences.
Target: By 2030 the Group's management teams will have a gender distribution in the range of 40-60% for each gender.
