What data do we store and for how long

It is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations according to agreements, and we comply with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To operate the collaboration, we need to collect your name or the name of your contact person, as well as individual email addresses and phone numbers.

During the collaboration, we may need to collect additional information, depending on the activities performed within the collaboration. We may collect data through (for example) the following channels or sources:

• Data you have directly sent to us.
• Data recorded when you visit our website, our Facebook page, or our page on other social media.
• Data in public registers.
• Data we receive when you engage our services or any of our employees.
• Data we receive when you register for our events or courses/seminars.
• Data we receive when you subscribe to our newsletter or other communications.
• Data we receive when you respond to our surveys or other inquiries.
• Data we receive when you apply for a job at Corroventa, visit us, or contact us in other ways.

Data Protection and GDPR Obligations in Collaborations and Third-Party Relations

Regarding the protection of personal data that we get access to as a result of the collaboration, and which is handled within our company or possibly by a third party that we engage, Corroventa follows the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Third parties also include providers or operators of payment services and/or other IT services. In situations where a third party is disclosed personal data, we establish agreements (or similar mechanisms) that govern the handling of personal data.

Data Protection Measures and Security Policies at Corroventa

Corroventa takes the technical and organizational measures required to prevent unauthorized processing of personal data and to protect personal data against illegal use and accidental loss, destruction, or distortion. Established procedures and policies give our employees a well-rooted awareness of how personal data must be handled in our company.

Access, Modify, or Delete Stored Information

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you, your successors, and/or representatives can request the deletion, correction, or modification of your personal data, deny the processing of your personal data, restrict the use and release of your personal data, and withdraw your potential consent to the processing of your personal data. Please note that there may be situations where Corroventa cannot delete your personal data without simultaneously terminating the collaboration. To fulfill our legal or contractual obligations, we may need to retain certain personal data, even if you request their deletion. We may also have the legal right to retain certain types of personal data for the purpose of operating our business.
