Bed bugs and pests are a growing problem worldwide. It used to be most common in developing countries but there has been a dramatic increase in the developed countries as well since the 1980s.The increase is caused by a rise in international travel; the more we travel, the greater the risk of these insects spreading. Other factors that contribute to the increase of the problem is resistance of bed bugs to insecticides as well as inefficient bed bugs sanitation methods.
The increase in the problem with bed bugs will of course result in an increase of the need for efficient and user-friendly bed bugs sanitation solutions. Many sanitation solutions for pest control include chemicals and there are a number of pest control systems on the market, but Corroventa’s professional heating system H4 ES tackles the problem quickly, easily and without the need for chemicals.
User-friendly and discreet
The system is supplied complete with a H4 ES heater, with remote control through SuperVision®, sensors and an insulating tent with accompanying floor insulation and tent frame. The system has few components and is therefore simple to both set up and use. The insulating tent and its case have been designed to ensure maximum discretion, with hotel guests and neighbours in mind.
The H4 ES heater features a clear display with a user-friendly interface. The required temperature and operating time can easily be set during the installation process, after which SuperVision® sends information by SMS or e-mail once the correct temperature has been reached or the allotted time has elapsed.
Rapid bed bugs sanitation without chemicals
Pest control using heat is an effective method that does not require the use of chemicals that can be harmful to health. The powerful heater with its boost function and the heavily insulated tent mean the system quickly reaches the required temperature. The heater also features an after-cooler that steadily reduces the temperature once the job is done, which helps to protect furniture.

Thanks to the smart control system with integrated operating modes, as well as energy-efficient components, the ES machines consume less energy than traditional machines. They are energy optimised for both large and small jobs.
Remote control with SuperVision®
With SuperVision® the process can be controlled, monitored and checked remotely using a computer, mobile phone or tablet. This enables considerably more assignments to be carried out imultaneously, while reducing the amount of travel engineers are required to do to monitor the process on site.
Free from chemicals
The heating system tackles pests without the need for chemicals and is therefore the ideal solution in terms of health and the environment.
After-cooling
Once the process is complete, the fan continues to run for an additional hour in order to steadily reduce the temperature. This helps to protect furniture from the effects of a sudden change in temperature.
No risk of the problem spreading to other rooms
The use of a tent means the process is carried out in a closed area, which prevents pests spreading to other parts of the building.
