High-efficiency condensing dryers for professional drying of water damage
Tackling water damage in the event of an emergency requires a fast response to ensure that the drying process begins as quickly as possible. Condensing dryers are often a good solution because they are quick and easy to install. They are most effective when used in heated environments.
And when temperatures drop? Our K5 series steps in with an additional built-in heater, ensuring continuous drying even in cold conditions – without compromising ease of use.
Wide product range
Corroventa’s condensing dryers are available in both digital and analogue models. They are robust, user-friendly and have a long service life. They are also powerful – despite their compact appearance, they produce more water than traditional condensing dryers twice their size.
In the K3 series, our smallest model delivers an impressive 12 litres per day at 20 °C/60 % RH. With its high capacity of up to 30 litres per day, it produces dry air that accelerates the drying of materials – all in a compact and energy-efficient format.
When performance, precision and energy savings matters – our condensing dryers in the ES family stand out. Thanks to a smart, user-friendly control system, performance can be tailored to meet specific job requirements — no wasted energy, no compromise on results.
The picture to the right shows the functioning principle for condensing dryers. When the moist air passes through the evaporator (1) it is cooled down to dew point and condensation water is deposited. The water runs down into the bucket (2). The dry and cold air then goes through the condenser (3) where it is heated. The dry and hot air is then blown through the fan into the premises again (5). Number 4 shows the compressor that adds new energy to the process.
The ES machines offer exceptionally quiet drying from the start, minimizing disruption to daily life. They even have a Silent mode to ensure discreet night-time operation for faster recovery and peace of mind.
The pump automatically removes condensed water to a drain or container, ensuring uninterrupted operation. You get visual confirmation, and the pump is optimised to handle full storey height – making it easy to drain water from spaces like basements.
Our ES machines can be used with SuperVision® 2.0 to easily monitor and control everything remotely via computer, mobile phone or tablet. A sustainable solution for better results, lower energy use, and improved efficiency.
All Corroventa's condensing dryers use the natural, non-toxic refrigerant R290, which has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of just 3—far below the regulatory limit of 150. It has very low impact on global warming and no degrading effect on the ozone layer.
You can work more efficiently with machines that are easy to use and move. An ergonomic design is not just a condition of the moisture control technicians avoiding back and wear injuries; intelligent details that simplify work save time and thereby money for our customers.
Designed for the way you work.
