SuperVision® 2.0 Control Module
Corroventa is launching a new control module within the SuperVision® 2.0 control system that, for the first time, provides full control over every part of the drying process. Both digital and analogue equipment can now be brought together in one unified system – enabling you to control, monitor, and optimise the project from start to finish.
SuperVision® 2.0 has long offered controlled operation and monitoring of Corroventa’s digital ES machines. With the new SuperVision® 2.0 Control Module, the system’s capabilities expand significantly, as you can now also connect and manage analogue devices such as dehumidifiers, fans, and heating mats via your mobile phone, tablet, or computer.

The entire fleet of machines can now be optimised and operated together – regardless of their technical level. The result is a completely new degree of flexibility that makes daily work considerably more efficient. You can avoid unnecessary site visits, monitor status and performance remotely, and act immediately if deviations occur. This saves time, money, and energy – whilst enabling you to maximise both drying speed and project capacity.

Benefits designed with the user in mind
To simplify day‑to‑day work and improve efficiency, the control module has been designed with a range of practical features:
- Individually controlled outlets: The module’s four outlets can be controlled separately with individual on/off switching, meaning each machine can be managed independently of the others.
- MID‑certified energy meter: The integrated kWh meter records the total energy consumption of all connected devices and displays the values both on the control module and in the web‑based SuperVision® 2.0 portal.
- Alarm for operational deviations: The system can alert you in the event of deviations so you can quickly detect and resolve any issues.
- Secure operation: A lockable cover protects the outlets from unauthorised access.
- Automatic restart: The module restarts with the same settings after a power cut or when starting a new job – ensuring reliable and consistent operation.
- Flexible placement: The unit can be wall‑mounted to free up workspace and create a more organised working environment.
- Easy handling: The integrated handle and clever cable storage make the module easy to transport and manage. Wrap the cable around the unit and secure it using the magnet against the metal plate.

Being able to collect and analyse measurement data from wireless sensors and digital machines – and now also integrate control of analogue equipment – allows deviations to be detected and managed as quickly and efficiently as possible. This contributes to better control, lower energy consumption and quality‑assured drying results throughout the entire process. At the same time, reporting becomes simpler and more transparent – with clear climate data and evidence‑based energy consumption that strengthens communication with end customers, surveyors, and insurance companies. For our customers, this means a safer and more efficient working day.
