IL2 ES is a robust and flexible adsorption dehumidifier with air-cooled condenser, with a smart design and ES functionality, the user can optimise performance and minimise the operating costs. The dehumidifier is developed to have a long and durable lifespan, even in tough environments such as dry stores, industrial premises or other industrial applications.

Flexible installation

IL2 ES has been developed in two versions for environments where there is a need to evacuate the moisture. Option one is a pump-out unit (IL2 ES P) to pump away condensated moisture to a rising height of up to 5 metres. Option two (IL2 ES), is a version without a pump where a hose is connected to the machine to route the condensated moisture to a drainage point. Approx. 350W of heat energy is given off during the condensing process* in the IL2 models and is an extra heat boost for the dehumidified room, which reduces the need for heat from other sources and therefore the running costs for the property owner.

Save time, money and the environment with ES functions

The IL2 ES machines are equipped with Corroventa’s ES-functionality* which means that the user can save time, money, energy and the environment by optimising the dehumidifier’s operation. For example, by controlling to the desired Relative Humidity (RH), dewpoint temperature or moisture content (g/kg). The dehumidifiers are also compatible with Digital Gateway for connection to smart building systems, alternatively Corroventa’s SuperVision® 2.0 system, which is used to control, measure and monitor dehumidification remotely. This minimises running costs for the property owner because both operational reliability and energy consumption are optimised.

*ES stands for Energy Saving. To optimise the drying effect, all machines in the ES series can cooperate with each other through SuperVision® 2.0.

Simple maintenance and servicing

Developing innovative and user-friendly products that are easy to maintain and service is a basic principle of Corroventa’s product development. The IL2 ES machines are designed with an easy access service hatch that facilitates – access to the electronics and the different components of the dehumidifiers, which means that servicing and maintenance is easy to perform.

The dehumidifiers’ filters are also easily accessible and can be easily changed via filter hatches, without any tools saving the user/engineer both time and inconvenience.

Advantages of the IL2 ES (P)

There are two versions of the dehumidifier, with and without a pump, to be able to pump the condensation away or to lead it away by pipe.
The heat given off during the condensing process provides an extra heat boost to the dehumidified room, which reduces the need for heat from other heat sources.
Servicing and maintenance can be carried out on site.
The ES functionality gives the user the option of optimising operation for each installation.
