Crawl space dehumidifier CTR 300TT3

The CTR 300TT3 is an adsorption dehumidifier that has been developed for fixed installation in crawl spaces. The dehumidifier achieves low energy consumption and has a dry air volume of up to 300 m³/h.

The CTR 300TT3, like its predecessor the CTR 300TT2, has been developed for use in crawl spaces where the requirements for a long service life, reliability and energy efficiency are high. Thanks to our patented damper solution which creates negative pressure in the crawl space, CTR 300TT3 is also suitable for air and radon decontamination. The classic model has now been upgraded and future-proofed, and, thanks to its lower weight and compact design, both handling and installation have been simplified. In addition, both technicians and homeowners can gain full control over operation and climate with the aid of HomeVision® PRO, a user-friendly control system that provides extra security in everyday life.

The CTR 300TT3 crawl space dehumidifier is easy to handle and install in confined spaces. Despite having a lower weight and a more compact design than its predecessor, the dehumidifier has been developed with the same robust design to ensure a long service life.

Quick and easy service

The dehumidifier’s design has been adapted to simplify access to high-maintenance components. The number of fasteners has been reduced, making any removal and installation during service easier and faster.

Sealed connections

The CTR 300TT3 is equipped with spiral connectors with a rubber gasket for better sealed duct connections, which makes installation easier and contributes to a more user-friendly overall solution.

Flexible area of use

The dehumidifier can be installed on either the ceiling or the wall. Complete installation kit and accessories are available.

Easy monitoring with HomeVision® PRO

HomeVision® PRO provides you with complete control over operation and climate

The HomeVision® PRO control system is used to manage climate control in the crawl space. The control, regulation and monitoring of the crawl space installation occur via a hygrostat, which is connected to the dehumidifier in the space. The hygrostat communicates wirelessly with a panel in the home, which is easily connected to any electrical socket. The purpose of HomeVision® PRO is to maintain a climate in the space that does not negatively affect organic materials.
